Vilmy's Furniture is a Sacramento-based furniture dealership that specializes in second chance furniture. We post new items every week on this website, Twitter, Facebook, and Craigslist. Sometimes we even give away quality second chance furniture for FREE on these sites.
Although we are growing rapidly, we never want to lose sight of our most important asset--our customers. We always want to be known as a company that provides outstanding communication, and exceptional customer service to its clients. However, because our capacity is limited at this stage, we would like set clear guidelines for working with us. The following are our current terms of service, and are subject to change at any time:
1) Shopping Policy
Please keep in mind that we provide second-chance furniture at
deep discount prices. Therefore our merchandise is sold “as-
is”, and all sales are final. We welcome you to browse our

The first, and more popular option is to schedule an
appointment to see the merchandise in person before making
a purchase. This is the more common option because it allows
our customers to take a closer look before making a final
decision on a purchase.
However, if there are multiple customers interested in the same
item, priority is given to the customer who takes action first. If
you have scheduled your earliest availability to view an item
you are interested in, and the item is sold before your
appointment, you will be contacted by email.
The second option is to order online via Paypal. Some
of our customers like this option because it allows them
purchase the item immediately, giving them priority over
customers who are interested in the same item.
2) Refund Policy
Our merchandise is sold “as-is”, and all sales are final.
However, we understand that mistakes and miscommunications
happen. We will consider a full refund for customers who have
purchased an item online that is no longer available or has
already been sold.
Please feel free to contact us via email to ask as many
questions about our merchandise as you feel necessary. We
are usually able to provide a prompt response, and are
available to schedule time for a closer look 7 days a week,
between the hours of 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Just give us a call or
email to let us know when you would like to visit, and please
contact us at least 15 minutes before you arrive so we can
meet you at the facility in time without keeping you waiting.
